Complete control racks for new and to retrofit to existing (Varian, VG, EPI, Riber etc.) MBE systems.

The rack shown was designed to match the customers requirements and replaced all the electronics for a Gen II MBE system. This rack was based around Eurotherm and EpiVAC103 gauge controllers, with EMDC power supplies and incorporated some existing units.
