EpiSoft: ControlFrame Interface Unit
The ControlFrame Interface Unit interfaces between the host PC running EpiCAD software and the deposition system components. Data communication is between the "control' card in the ControlFrame and a PCI card located within the host PC, via a high speed communications protocol.

EpiTemp6 Six-Channel Temperature Controller
The EpiTemp6 provides 6 channels of precision temperature control with a compact, easy to install unit. The MODBUS communications is optimised for rapid data throughout a floating point resolution.

EMVC12 Twelve-Channel Shutter/Valve Controller
The EMVC12 controller provides 12 channels digital control for actuators used for shutters/valves. Outputs can configured to drive loads (such as pneumatic solenoids) from its internal 21Vdc supply, or from an externally-connected 4-240V dc/ac supply. Both parallel and serial interfaces for remote control are provided.
