The EMVC12 is a 12 channel shutter/valve controller designed for interfacing with almost any application. It provides manual and computer control (via parallel and serial interface - both provided as standard), configurable output switching between internal 24Vdc supply and externally-connected ac/dc power supply and both normally-closed and normally-open connections.

• LED status indication: red=off, green=on, amber=fault

• Each output channel comprises "common", "normally-open" and "normally-closed" contact
• Rear-panel switch selects between channel outputs being driven from internal 24Vdc 2Amp power supply. Maximum switching capability is 1Amp per channel
• Opto-isolated remote control parallel input can be driven from any voltage source from 4 to 35V dc. 5V pin available to allow the inputs to be driven via relay control
• RS232 serial interface provided as standard (options for RS422 or RS485). Robust, fast MODBUS protocol allows control and monitoring of all internal settings (e.g. front panel switch positions, LED statuses, optional 24 digital input monitoring, etc.)
• Optional configuration for monitoring 24 digital inputs for shutter/valve position sensing.
